Estate Planning

At Caminer Law, we make estate planning quick, easy, and trusted—so you can stop worrying and start feeling confident about your future. It all begins with a free call with an experienced attorney who will listen, answer your questions, and help you understand exactly what kind of planning makes the most sense for you and your family. No pressure, no confusion—just expert advice that empowers you to make informed decisions and ensures your legacy won’t be left to chance.

Caminer Law also provides estate planning services to members of ARAG.

A will is a legal document that explains what you want to happen with your money and property after you die. It is common for parents with minor children to name someone to take care of their children (called a guardian) if they were unable to take care of their children.

A will may need to utilize the Probate Court process in order to complete distribution of your assets.

A Trust is like a treasure chest that safely holds your valuables—like your home, savings, or investments—while you’re alive. You hold the key, so you're fully in control and can add or remove things anytime. Nothing about your daily life changes. But after you pass away, this treasure chest makes it easy for your loved ones to receive what you've left behind—without court delays, confusion, or unnecessary costs. It’s a simple way to protect what matters and make sure your legacy is passed on exactly as you intended.

Incapacity documents are like a backup plan for life’s “just in case” moments. If something happens and you’re unable to make decisions—whether temporarily or long-term—these documents make sure someone you trust has the legal power to step in and help. That might mean paying bills, talking to doctors, or making important health care choices on your behalf. Without them, your loved ones could be left guessing—or worse, forced to go to court just to help you. Think of it as giving someone you trust a spare key, just in case you ever need them to step in.

What should I be thinking about before I schedule a call?

The truth is—you don’t need to have it all figured out before calling us. You just need to know that you don't want to leave this to chance.

Many people hesitate to get started with estate planning because they’re unsure of what decisions need to be made or worry they’ll be unprepared. At Caminer Law, we walk you through everything step by step. We use a comprehensive intake form designed to guide you through the key questions—like who you trust to make decisions for you, how you’d like your assets passed on, who you'd want to take care of your children or pets, and any specific wishes you have.

You don’t need to have all the answers today. That’s what we’re here for. All it takes to start is a free call with an attorney who will help you understand your options and answer your questions—so you can move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
